Driveways
You can increase the aesthetic appearance of your driveway from a dull black asphalt to an integrally patterned interlock. Or why not border the driveway with interlock to match your walkway. Please click here for our Paving Projects.
Patios
Tired of dealing with an uneven surface when entertaining outside?
Interlocking pavers can be used to achieve a firm and level surface for all your outdoor activity. Why not create a truly unique interlock design in your landscape by incorporating flagstone as an edging or as an insert.
Pool Decks
Why not consider turning the standard concrete deck into a beautifully patterned interlock patio. Did you know that we can also install matching coping stone around the pool to match the paver and further enhance your pool design?
Walkways
Walkways are not only functional but can also lead your eye through a landscape. Add a few stepping stones for a garden path through a wooded area or direct your guests to the front door with an intricate interlock walk. If interlock is not your first choice, then consider a natural flagstone walkway.
Options
In order to enjoy your new interlock walk or driveway day or night, summer or winter, consider adding lighting for the night or installing a snow melting system for low winter maintenance.
Lighting
Lights can be used on the edge of a driveway or walkway for increased safety at night. They can come from below and shine up or they can come from above and shine down.
Snow Melting System
Snow melting systems are placed under the interlock and consist of hot water pipes or electric wires. They eliminate ice hazards and plowing by keeping the interlock warm; therefore melting snow or ice almost immediately.
Edging
All of our interlock is held in by a paver restraint system; either concrete, plastic, or metal.
Caring for Your Interlock
Once we finish an interlock project, we sweep gel sand in between the cracks. The purpose of the gel sand is to help prevent the brick work from shifting. Do not wash the brick, let the rain gently wash it off. If the sand should happen to settle after a few weeks, a call to our office will quickly resolve all problems.
To protect the stone from grease, oil and other agents, a driveway sealer may be applied. It will enhance and add richness to the stonework. For more information about sealers please call our office and we will address any of your concerns.
Impressed Concrete Products
Impressed or stamped concrete is an alternative hard surface to interlock and asphalt. Its' applications include pool surrounds, walkways, patios, and driveways. Choose from various shapes and colors in our selection guide.
