Commencing as soon as required, a regular weekly maintenance program will be implemented which will include the following:

Mowing of all grass areas once per week
Granular fertilizers applied to lawn areas.
Provincially approved weed control applications.
Pruning of all shrubs.
Cultivating of garden beds.

Spring | Fall Clean Up

Raking of lawn and garden areas to remove debris
Cultivation of planting and tree bed areas
Inspect all trees and shrubs for winterkill
Sweeping and flushing of walkways and patios adjacent to lawn area
Sweeping and flushing of paved parking areas and driveways
Sweeping of parking areas

Winter Maintenance

Snow Clearing of all Parking lots/-loading areas.
Salting of parking and roadway areas.
Personnel and equipment available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week, including statutory holidays to perform
maintenance requirements.
24 Hour snow patrol
