We at Griffith Property Services Limited, offer a wide range
of exterior landscape and maintenance services. Whether your property requires

Established in 1985, Griffith Property Services Limited has
grown to employ a full time staff of 45 with several part-time and seasonal
employees to address the fluctuations within our industry.
Located in Richmond Hill, ON Griffith Property Services Limited
serves the entire Greater Toronto Area and has the flexibility to provide
services outside the GTA.
Although originally focusing on residential customers, our
continued growth allows us to accommodate the requirements of most commercial
management companies. Our services include commercial property maintenance,
construction and snow removal. Griffith Property Services Ltd. also has
the ability to perform work on many municipal summer and winter projects.

We have been chosen by Landscape Ontario for the past seven years to be
the recipient of 20 Award of Excellence.
This award recognizes excellence in Landscape Construction featuring small and
large scale residential landscape construction and maintenance, water features,
commercial projects, landscape lighting, interior plantscaping and more! It is
a juried competition between landscape companies through out all of Ontario. |

safer Communities by helping those who manage snow and ice master essential
skills and practices.

Safety First!
Our company is covered under WSIB (Workers Safety and Insurance Board)
coverage.
WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Material Information System) in fully
enforced at our place of business and also while on the job site. All of our
staff are educated, trained and re-trained throughout the season, on all safety
aspects of the landscaping industry.
Farm Safety Association Inc. frequent our offices to keep our
supervisors up to date on all current rules and regulations, which in turn are
relayed to our employees and enforced on all of our construction sites.
Griffith Property Services carries a five million dollar ($5,000,000.00)
general liability insurance, which includes coverage for bodily injury and
property damage.
